Tonight we are pouring a Piemonte Barbera, 2003, from Italy. The store signage labeled it as a "great everyday wine". $5.99 from the Wine Club in Santa Clara.YUCK.
Flat, tannic, metallic, vaguely bitter.
Smells good, though.
