Yay! I taught Devon the Dog a new trick, and I'm so pleased with myself. LOL.
Now, when I hold a treat in my hand and say "Devon belly," he will lie down on his back and expose his belly, waiting for his treat.
Hahahaha... dog is smart!
I'm happy because this is the first trick I have ever taught him. When we picked him up from the shelter he already knew "sit" and "shake" (as in "shake hands"). Then Bill taught him "beg", where the dog will sit up on his hind legs and hold his front legs to his chest, begging for a treat.
Now he knows "belly". Yippe!
